Every plan uses the same reviewed output.
Both individual and combined packs include an index, manifest and exceptions report. Files are uploaded to our server; remote content is blocked. Supported images get rendered pages, supported PDFs get raster renditions, and Office/RTF-only/nested mail remain original-only or explicitly excluded.
PDF attachment renditions do not preserve searchable attachment text, active links, forms or signatures. Originals inclusion is off by default and can retain Bcc and unsafe contents.
All limits apply together. Paid accepted new-source bytes are 1 GiB Starter, 4 GiB Pro, 16 GiB pooled Team per verified interval; no hidden charges. Team includes its owner and two additional members. Plan changes take effect at the next verified renewal.
Free has shared daily processing limits and conservative shared-network throttles. Source expiry is independent of viewing or billing. New exports after expiry require retained source bytes or exact-hash reupload; downloaded copies remain yours.
