Terms of use

EmailPDFs creates transformed renditions from email files you choose. It does not connect to your inbox or establish that an export includes all correspondence. You must have permission to process the files.

Review every message and attachment. Unsupported formats require original-only retention or explicit exclusion. RTF-only mail bodies, Office conversion, encrypted mail, PST/OST/MBOX, OCR and nested-mail conversion are not supported.

Free/Starter/Pro/Team limits and retention are shown on Pricing. Current paid offers are monthly subscriptions in USD. No automatic overages or annual offers. Plan changes apply at the next verified renewal; cancellation ends access after the paid period.

Hashes establish byte relationships within the supplied pack; they do not verify authenticity or legal chain of custody. Original attachment files can retain unsafe contents. PDF attachments are rasterized and lose active/text/signature properties.

Downloads remain yours after downloading. Server access and rebuild availability are limited by ownership, subscription and expiry. Cancellation provides an owner-only metadata/original export grace up to 30 days, subject to actual source expiry; former Team members cannot regain access.
