Privacy and processing

Your selected email files are uploaded to our server. They are not converted only in your browser. We use temporary processing and private product-owned storage. Remote images, fonts and other remote content are blocked.

Free sources expire within 24 hours and Free exports after 1 hour. Paid originals expire 30 days from import; Starter exports after 7 days and Pro/Team exports after 30 days. Access ends at expiry; physical removal by the running cleanup worker may take up to 24 hours. Viewing, signing in or paying does not extend expiry.

Originals are off by default. If included, they may contain Bcc, metadata and unsafe contents. Safe PDF attachment renditions remove searchable text, links, forms and signatures; original files are separate ZIP entries.

Accounts use this product’s independent Clerk instance. Stripe handles billing with product-owned customer mappings. Team members can access only their authorized workspace according to role. Owners can delete project data; revoked members lose future access. Previously downloaded files and short-lived links cannot be recalled.

Optional AI requires explicit operation consent and sends only selected source-linked labels and snippets through OpenRouter to the Azure GPT-4.1 Mini route. Pro and Team can request suggested contents groups, review them, apply approved suggestions and undo that change. No attachments or full pack are sent. Manual conversion works without AI.

Optional Google Analytics receives public page views and aggregate tool interactions only after consent. Collection uses our first-party endpoint rather than scanning your private correspondence with a third-party browser script. Names, subjects, recipients, filenames, uploaded content, private URLs, search text and tokens are excluded. You can decline or withdraw analytics using Analytics preferences. Advertising personalization is disabled. Limited keyed network-abuse records expire after 24 hours.

No legal authenticity, malware-free or court-compliance certification. We do not currently operate backups. Keep your original files and downloaded packs; this service is not an archive. Contact support@pondir.com for product-data requests.
