Support for EmailPDFs

Contact support@pondir.com for help. Include the operation, file type and visible error code. Do not email private bodies, credentials or whole client packs unless a separately agreed secure support process requires them.

To start, export ordinary emails as EML or MSG, then choose those files or one ZIP of email sources. Review the decoded body, date and every attachment. Resolve all pending dispositions before exporting.

An expired export can only be rebuilt when the original bytes still exist. Reupload the exact original when sources expired; mismatched bytes create a new/conflicting source. Unknown dates remain unknown.

Office and nested email attachments are original-only or excluded. A corrupt, password-protected or over-limit PDF/image needs the same decision. Original-only requires originals inclusion.

For duplicate imports, choose skip or keep separate. Different Message-ID/hash replies are retained; a reply quoting an earlier message is still a separate source. Pro/Team delta export needs an explicit base revision.

Free processing uses a bounded shared pool; a shared-network throttle may affect multiple users. Retry later when capacity is exhausted. Manual delivery remains usable when optional AI is unavailable.
