Combine emails into one indexed PDF pack

Prepare a readable handover from exported EML/MSG files. Review each source and attachment, then choose a combined pack with an index and stable email references. Free can complete a small pack; it does not connect to an inbox or make a PDF archive of an entire mailbox.

A real two-email example

Morgan’s fictional kickoff email and Alex’s confirmation use example.test addresses. The reply quotes a line from the first email and includes an unsupported CSV checklist. The quoted text remains part of the reply; it is not invented as another source.

1. Open the converter and choose Try example, or upload the example EML ZIP above.
2. Select Re: Project kickoff. Set checklist.csv to Exclude; originals stay off.
3. Leave combined output, A4 paper, UTC and sent-date order in delivery settings.
4. Export the reviewed pack. It contains an index on page 1, E0001 on page 2, and E0002 on page 3. Inspect the ZIP’s manifest.json, index.csv, exceptions.csv and README.txt.

The report identifies the excluded CSV rather than silently hiding it. The PDF is a readable rendition, not an authenticity or court-compliance certificate. See the full attachment policy.

Individual PDFs instead of one pack

Choose Individual PDFs in delivery settings before exporting. Reports account for the selected sources in either mode. Stable email references identify messages; changing layout can change page ranges.

Add later correspondence to a client project

Pro and Team keep repeat-project metadata and explicit immutable revision history. Import later sources, review exact-hash duplicates and same-Message-ID conflicts, then choose a delta from a stated base revision or a full revised pack. Expired source bytes may require an exact-hash reupload to rebuild a different layout.

Starter saves delivery recipes and standalone runs, but does not add cross-run reconciliation. Compare the paid workflow and all limits.
